Our client was in route to her Saturday morning church activities when she was struck by a negligent driver who failed to follow the rules of the road. Our client sustained an aggravation of a pre-existing knee condition. The insurance company for the at-fault driver devalued and belittled our client's injuries. 

We filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client. On August 16, 2023, after a two-day jury trial, a Prince George's County, Maryland jury awarded the Plaintiff $300,000.00 in non-economic damages.
